With the Microsoft Azure Expert Managed Service Provider recognition, CLOUDEON becomes a part of a group of partners world-wide that have passed the audit and been recognized as Azure Expert MSPs.
CLOUDEON is already 7 times a Gold partner and the status as gold partner is one of many prerequisites for qualifying for an audit for the Azure Expert MSP recognition. Besides the Gold partner status, Microsoft sets requirements for minimum monthly Azure consumption, active MSP services on Azure Marketplace, a large number of certifications among technical personnel and a series of customer references.
Azure Expert MSP program made us stronger
For CLOUDEON, who are located in Søborg and Aarhus in Denmark, and Vilnius in Lithuania, the preparations and processes of becoming an Azure Expert MSP have strengthened the business. But it has also been a demanding process for the whole company.
“The Microsoft Azure Expert MSP process is rigorous,” says Søren Dandanell Nielsen, CLOUDEON CEO. “It is the type of audit that drills through your whole organization to ensure that you don’t only shine on PowerPoint but also underneath – and you have to document it in detail with offset in real customer cases.”
As a part of the recognition, Microsoft requests of their Azure Expert MSP partners to revise and audit their competencies yearly. This sets high standards for innovation and skillsets for all certified partners. “Our Microsoft Azure Expert MSP recognition has strengthened CLOUDEON further and helped us implement a lot of improvements in different business areas. I am extremely proud that CLOUDEON has obtained this certification.”
Confirmation of a strong relationship
The Azure Expert MSP program is not only a recognition of approval towards the partner’s skills and delivery but also a status that grants CLOUDEON further access to more dedicated resources in their relationship with Microsoft – resources that will benefit customers directly.
“We are pleased to recognize CLOUDEON as a Microsoft Azure Expert MSP. It is crucial that our Danish partners have a high level of skill and competency when contributing to a successful Danish digitalization at the pace needed. I am pleased with CLOUDEON’s commitment to Azure, and I am looking forward to seeing how they can create innovative solutions for customers,” said Anne Marie Kindberg, partner lead at Microsoft Denmark.
