What you’ll do at Cloudeon

We are looking for a Student Assistant in our Operational Team. The team is responsible for operational IT tasks external as well as internal. This position is mostly to provide service to the internal organisation. You are probably a student, studying Computer Science or IT related studies at ITU, KEA or similar and you have a dream of working in an IT company. You have a vast interest in the field of IT. As a person, you are extrovert with a service gene. In Cloudeon, you will acquire knowledge about how things work in a fast-growing IT company as well as gain experiences in IT related tasks, For the right person, we can see a future perspective and are willing to have this opportunity in mind after your graduation.

Primary responsibilities for the position at Cloudeon:

  • Provides user support to our employees
  • Maintenance of reference data in our systems
  • Purchasing, supporting and keeping inventory of hardware and other types of IT-equipment
  • Assist onboarding new colleagues’ computer, phones, access, etc.
  • Handle requests in the ticket system
  • Ensure optimal data security for both users and customers


Minimum qualifications

  • Service-minded
  • A good basic understanding of IT
  • Openminded as a person

The working hours for this position will be approximately 10 hours per week.
