What you will do at CLOUDEON

  • Arrange and perform one-to-one coaching and sparring sessions with managers and employees to assure the best possible performance, well-being, motivation, cooperation, professional- and personal development 
  • Psychologic assessment for recruitmentperformance reviews and development 
  • Optimize, execute and follow up on onboarding plans to ensure that new employees get the best possible start in CLOUDEON – technically, organizational and socially 
  • Create individual or team development and career plans – and assist managers in assuring these 
  • Develop, plan, coordinate, execute and follow up on professional, personal, and organizational development. – using a variety of methods from informal/formalized knowledge sharing to building a professional CLOUDEON Academy 
  • Arrange and coordinate company social and cultural activities to boost engagement, cross-functional relationship and the feeling of common responsibility 

Preferred qualifications

You are a highly skilled HR-executive that understands and can combine HR-disciplines with organisational and business activities, strategy as well as the following pains and gains.


You also have: 

  • Master’s degree within HRpsychology or similar but with a strong business focus 
  • Working experience as a management, leadership, or HR-senior consultant both on a strategic and executing level 
  • Certification in coaching and further education, development, and training in HR-development disciplines 
  • Strong experience as an executive coach and business coach 
  • Experience in working with or in a highly skilled, technical environments with a strong focus on customer satisfaction 
  • Exceptional verbal and written English and Danish communication skills 
  • Modern approach to IT, technology and work smarter 


You are: 

  • Able and determined to see and be proactive when management and employees are not performing or developing as well or fast as they should or would like to 
  • The natural go-to person due to your ability to relate to people and find solutions that balances the persons needs and business expectations 
  • The one to see and be proactive when a person workwise is less motivated or personally are not feeling well 
  • Resultoriented, but with an empathic and respectful approach towards others building trust and long-lasting close relationships 
  • Open-minded to explore and understand CLOUDEON and the organizationrequirements and find different solutions to a challenge  
  • Excellent in executing, following up on people, decisions, and activities and actively assuring purpose and value for Cloudeon
